There are a lot of car edits on Instagram that I had been seeing and most of them were basic b-roll shots of the car edited to a rap beat. I wanted to do something different and show the power and the sound behind the Porsche GT3RS because it's genuinely one of my favorite cars.

From the start, I knew it needed to be shot in a way that makes you feel like you, the viewer, are driving the Porsche. I want them to feel the power, the excitement, and the dream of what it is to actually drive a Porsche.

We only had a couple hours to shoot this, so we had to be light on equipment. We had a Canon R6 Mark II, DJI Avata 2, and Go Pro. Despite having such a short amount of time, I had my list of shots I wanted to get and what I needed to do to get them, so no time was wasted on set.

We approached this edit differently than we did on most of our projects. Rather than planning out each shot and doing the editing before hand, I knew the shots I wanted to get, but didn't know how I'd arrange them in post. I wanted to see what I felt with the footage because it's really hard to get a sense of motion off a still storyboarded picture. In the end we went for a dreamy style with punchy sound effects to really bring the viewer in feel what they were seeing on screen
